Epygi Level I Technical Training - a 1 day technical introduction - will take place this month in JHB & CPT. The practical course will equip the reseller with the basic skills necessary to sell, install and maintain the Epygi PBX products.CPT - Even Flow Office - Tuesday 7th July
9am to 3pm
JHB - Even Flow Office - Thursday 9th July
10am to 4pm
The course is only available to Even Flow resellers at R295pp. ex VAT. A 5% discount is available to attendees on the first Epygi product purchased within a month from date of training.

- Sales introduction
- Default Configuration
- System Configuration Wizard
- Internet Configuration Wizard
- IP Line Settings ( for digital extensions )
- FXO Settings ( for analogue lines )
- ISDN Settings ( for ISDN lines )
- Adding VoIP accounts
- IVR
- Updating Firmware
- Exploring further features
All attendees are expected to have some basic networking experience and are required to bring their own laptop.
