The Partner Programme aims to equip resellers with the necessary tools and skills to install and support the Epygi range of feature-rich IP PBX and Gateways. Resellers who have completed training will be supplied with access to the Epygi portal where extensive support and sales material is available.
The Level I Training covers introductory sales information on the range of Epygi PBX and Gateway products, followed by a technical overview and the basics steps involved in the configuration and installation of the Epygi system. A reseller will leave Level I training equipped with the knowledge to install and operate the feature rich PBX system. Further Level II training is available for advanced installation and troubleshooting scenarios.
By attending training resellers qualify for the Epygi Starter Kit at a greatly reduced price. The Starter Kit includes an Epygi Quadro 2x/i, Snom 300 IP Phone and Siemens Gigaset cordless phone.
As a service to resellers participating in the Epygi Partner Programme, Even Flow will pre-configure Epygi PBX units to client site specifications. The pre-configured units can be installed on client site with no time and money spent by reseller on configuration - pure plug and play. All that is required is for a pre-configuration form to be completed by reseller, providing the necessary site information.
