2010-09-14 - Success at VoiceSA 2010

Even Flow Distribution proudly hosted the inaugural Voice SA conference in Johannesburg last week. The common theme of the day was “Unified Communications”, and with it drawing a mixed audience of traditional and alternative telecoms providers, it was evident that the general outlook of the SA telecoms industry is in fact shifting towards a more converged approach.

The day included presentations from well-known industry experts: Douglas Reed (Vox Telecom), Rob Lith (Connection Telecom), Brian Seligmann (Cell C), Doug Hill (Patton), Wayne Speechly (IS), Steve Song (Shuttleworth Foundation), Frederic Dickey (Sangoma), and Gerrit Hurter (Voipmagic).

The event also included an interactive exhibition which showcased the latest in IP telephony hardware developments from Vox Telecom, Gigaset, Sangoma, Patton Electronics, and Yealink.
