Support and RMA Policy

Please note that Even Flow Distribution will only support our registered dealers and not end user clients.To return an unwanted non-defective product, it must be: 

  1. Returned within 7 days  of the product being purchased
  2. Returned in full resale condition and unused
  3. Returned with the original packaging, including all accessories
  4. Returned units will be credited to your accounts, strictly no cash refunds
  5. A handling fee will be applied should we find that the product received does not meet the above requirements

Returning defective or damaged products:

  1. At Even Flow we do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you have received a product with a defect or factory fault, we will gladly repair or replace the exact product at no additional cost to you
  2. Please ensure that you notify us within the standard window period of purchase
  3. Please proceed to logging your unit onto the Even Flow portal or  by opening a support ticket by emailing tickets@evenflow.co.za
  4. Once a ticket number is generated, please proceed by sending your faulty unit back to our offices with a copy of your ticket attached
  5. Upon receipt of your faulty unit, one of our engineers will have the unit assessed
  6. Once the fault is determined, we will have a replacement unit ready for your collection within 24-48 hours
  7. You will be notified throughout the inspection and replacement process via email referencing your ticket number
  8. Please feel free to login onto to our portal to follow up on pending units
