Support and RMA Policy
- Returned within 7 days of the product being purchased
- Returned in full resale condition and unused
- Returned with the original packaging, including all accessories
- Returned units will be credited to your accounts, strictly no cash refunds
- A handling fee will be applied should we find that the product received does not meet the above requirements
Returning defective or damaged products:
- At Even Flow we do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality. If you have received a product with a defect or factory fault, we will gladly repair or replace the exact product at no additional cost to you
- Please ensure that you notify us within the standard window period of purchase
- Please proceed to logging your unit onto the Even Flow portal or by opening a support ticket by emailing tickets@evenflow.co.za
- Once a ticket number is generated, please proceed by sending your faulty unit back to our offices with a copy of your ticket attached
- Upon receipt of your faulty unit, one of our engineers will have the unit assessed
- Once the fault is determined, we will have a replacement unit ready for your collection within 24-48 hours
- You will be notified throughout the inspection and replacement process via email referencing your ticket number
- Please feel free to login onto to our portal to follow up on pending units
